Semperit Takes Over German Window Profile Maker Leeser

Pending regulatory approvals Austria’s rubber producer Semperit will take over German window profile manufacturer Leeser. The company produces rubber sealing gaskets and generated a revenue of EUR 37 million (USD 40 million) in 2014 with a staff of 200. According to Semperit CEO Thomas Fahnemann the German company is a good supplement to the Austrian firm’s business divisions. Leeser shall be integrated into Semperit, joining the Semperform segment.

Borealis Raised Net Profit by One Third to EUR 571 Million
