Thomas Spitzenpfeil, Chief Financial Officer of the Zumtobel Group, has announced his intention to resign in order to pursue a career opportunity on the management board of a German corporation.

His employment contract with Zumtobel AG will be terminated as of 30 September 2010. Thomas Spitzenpfeil will exercise his duties in full until this date.
Spitzenpfeil, 47 years old, has been CFO of Zumtobel AG since May 2004.
