Elisabeth Stadler will resign her position as Chairwoman of the Management Board of Ergo Austria and take over the position of CEO of listed insurance group VIG's subsidiary Donau Versicherung AG.

Prof. Elisabeth Stadler will be leaving Ergo Austria International AG from 31 August 2014. She will resign her position as Chairwoman of the Management Board of the holding company on 31 July 2014. Subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board, Thomas Schöllkopf will take over her function, in addition to his work as a member of the Executive Board of ERGO International AG.
