Telekom Austria: Considerable Losses in Croatia

Telekom Austria’s Croatian affiliate Vipnet saw a sharp decline in profits.

The EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes), shrank by 54.4 percent to € 5.9m in the first quarter this year. Telekom Austria Group warned about a substantial risk of a possible rise of annual sprectrum fees. As of the end of March, the telecommunication operator has a total of 160,300 clients.
