STRABAG widening A3 in southern Germany to six lanes for EUR 90million (with document)

STRABAG has been awarded the contract to widen two sections of the A3 motorway in Germany with a total contract value of about EUR 90 million. "In the past few years, we have already been working on the expansion of the motorway between Frankfurt and Nuremberg. I am therefore especially pleased that STRABAG - the Number 1 in the German construction sector - again was the best bidder", says Thomas Birtel, CEO of the STRABAG Group.
