Client for both contracts is the Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic.

The section between Veselí nad Lužnicí and Bošilec is worth a total of € 23 million (CZK 635 million), of which Strabag  holds a 55 % share (about € 12.7 million). The section measures 5,125 m in length.

The second contract involves the 3,160 m section between Borek and Úsilné. Strabag’s share of 45 % amounts to about € 11.7 million (around CZK 322 million).

“We have proved our expertise in road and motorway construction in the Czech Republic in the past – including the D3 motorway, which connects Prague with the Austrian,” says Strabag SE CEO Thomas Birtel.
