Poland: Fastest Growing Economy in EU
According to the EU Commission, Poland will see the fastest growth in 2014 among the largest former communist countries of the European Union.

Today, the EU Commission has raised its growth expectations for Poland. In 2014 the country’s economy is expected to grow by 2.9 percent, up from from 2.5 percent year-on-year, and by 3.1 percent next year, which is a considerable increase from last year’s growth rate of 1.6 percent, as announced by the EU Commission in its winter forecasts presented in Brussels today.
