Stefan Pierer and Rudolf Knünz have introduced the shares they jointly controlled in the investment company “KP Invest Beteiligungs GmbH” KP as announced by several corporate announcements. Pierer and Knünz have each transferred 335,000 shares of the Cross Industries to KP Invest, which corresponds to a share of voting rights and capital of around 67%.
