Today, the Austrian Cartel Court approved the planned acquisition of Orange´s discount brand “Yesss!” by Telekom Austria. This take-over was the precondition for the take-over of Orange by Hutchison Austria. Now, the Commission only has to approve the whole deal between Hutchison Austria, Orange and Telekom Austria.
