OMV: Problems in Libya Slow Down Production

The total production of OMV in the second quarter of 2013 has decreased compared to the same period of time in the previous year and the first quarter of the current year.

The slightly higher dollar was not able to compensate the lower oil prices. On an annual basis, the production has decreased by 2.6 percent, from 305,00 to 297,000 boe, as reported in a Trading Statement which was published today. The final results for the second quarter of 2013 will be published on August.
