The Telekom Austria Group announced it has submitted a revised conditional bid for the acquisition of a 51% stake in Telekom Srbija a.d. - the incumbent operator of the Republic of Serbia – for a maximum net present value of the equity value of up to € 1.1 bn in the tender process conducted by the Serbian Ministry of Finance.
