Despite the announcement that in the coming months 55 million shares will be placed on the market, the share Immofinanz responded with an increase to the agreement with Constantia BV.

The Vienna Immofinanz will receive €217m in the coming months. Moreover, the group will receive 55m Immofinanz shares which will be introduced to the market over the next few months according to director Zehetner.
There will be no capital increase this year. Zehetner explained the terms of the settelement with Constantia packaging BV and the Fries Group.
