CEESEG/Ljubljana Stock Exchange: Squeeze-out Proceedings Closed

The CEESEG AG (CEE Stock Exchange Group) would like to announce the successful close of the squeeze-out proceedings concerning the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
The transfer of the minority shares was carried out on 24 May 2012. CEESEG AG as the holding company now owns 100% of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as well as 100% of Wiener Börse AG (Vienna Stock Exchange), and holds stakes of 50.45% in the Budapest Stock Exchange and 92.74% in the Prague Stock Exchange.
