The Czech-Slovak investment consortium Penta, which made a bid in the A-Tec sale, sues against the award for the competitor Contor Industries.

Penta filed a lawsuit against A-Tec at the commercial court in Vienna. The restructuring plan “did not permit that an undercover agent becomes party of the agreement and thus investor”. A delay or even a collapse of the sale to Contor Industries could be the consequence.
